So anyway, you guys and girls got questions on the Route Card. So I drew up a picture of it and I hope you lot can understand..
So, the black outline represents your transparent sheet of plastic. So, firstly, you got your Checkpoint A and B. To further aid you in your hike, you draw a route to get to it on your plastic sheet. How does this help? Say if you're doing urban hiking, and there's alot of junctions, crosses and stuff. This will be useful in telling you where to turn or go on straight. So, your main route in a certain colour, and the other junctions, spin offs in a different colour for easy identification. Easy enough to understand? Any questions, tag or ask me on MSN. Alright?
Edit: So, how do you get your route card done? Simple, place your plastic sheet over the map, trace the proper route to your Checkpoint. Then trace the other spin offs and turns which will lead you off course in another colour. It's all in tracing...

Woooo! Got my Jersey today. Black base, red trims, white letterings, "Khan - 21". Guess Alwin saw me walking about in my Triace Tee and thought it was a cool combination.
Anyway, today, we hiked around our playground again, Central Catchment Area. We, the Advanced Topo Unit (ATU), proceeded first to a checkpoint. Then, we set an ambush which just isn't so, ambush-like? Proceeded on, wash hoping that it'll rain but it didnt. Well, the stream crossing part was kinda alright. It's wet and downright cooling. Plus, it cushions your feet! Anyway, time for me to head back to packing.. Yeah, I know, I'm progressing REAL slowly..

Guess when you start to pack your stuff, look through those old photo albums and all, you're past will just come rushing back to you. Well, that's what I got anyway. So yeah, I've started to pack my stuffs up. Looking through 8 years worth of junk, treasure, relics, etc. It just feels sad to um, leaving this home that I've spent in. There's the telescope which I pestered my dad to buy for me when I was in, primary 4? Silver, long barrel, super lens and all..
Digging deeper, I found my primary school photo's. My, guess I've really changed alot. I was like, staring at that 8 year old me and then at the 15 year old me in the mirror. Looking hard, as though I'm willing it to just pop out and say something like "Wow! I've grown so much!". Sigh, those just were the days when I could run around, be cheeky, get the things I want, stress free and all. Now, it's an entirely different thing.. I'm not the only child anymore, I'm not the youngest anymore, I'm not the responsibility free child anymore.. Well, what can I say, guess that's life. Just when you thought everything's going on fine, something unexpected comes along and you gotta think on your feet and you'll change..
Anyway, I spent half the time thinking of my past whilst packing up, so you can probably say I progressed, to a small extent? My parents were like, "Are you packing up or staring at your old stuff?" Well, I'm just hoping for a fresh start in the new house and all, so yeah.. Guess its back to packing for me...

LalalalalalalaLast day of school.. NOT. Gotta head back tomorrow for 1 extra week so we sec 3's will have a headstart to next year's syllabus. Not sure on whether to say its a good thing or a bad thing. Bad, I got 3 extra lessons of Chemistry next week for 3 consecutive days. Yeah well, what I can do anyway. Well, I'm off to chillllll...

Well, I just gotta say BP has got a way with PLTC this year. Anyway, been a boring, slackish week. Sad, I couldn't go with my fellow SPL's on the PLTC hike so I went on the next day instead. Moving on, I gotta say you guys and girls did well. You pushed yourself to the max, even if its a 15m hike and all. Kudo's to Charmaine for getting that best cadet award and to all of you for completing the course and learning new stuff. You girls and guys just, gotta show your abilities and all. If you remain quiet through the hike, or rarely interact and stuff, it's hard. But anyway, the main thing is that you lot learnt something from the camp. So, I'll be expecting you girls and guys to behave in the exact same way for normal troop meetings and all. Best put what you learn to good use..

So yeah, today got our exam papers back. Checked, took down results, compared, laughed, joked, teased, etc etc. The usual reaction when you get your results.. So anyway, 3 A's the rest are B's and C's. Yeah, kinda bad but I'm aiming to push them up next year. Other then that, it's just another mundane day. Tomorrow gonna play some sport.. Oh wait, lemme be specific, Volleyball. Yeah, terrible, I know. Anyway, I'm off to rest. Just got a few off days from the hectic schedule to NPC.
